These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BetMica, operated by Win Top Ltd under a licence issued by Anjouan Gaming (Comoros), licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1. By registering an account or using any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, you must not use BetMica.

Player Eligibility and Account Rules

To register and play on BetMica, you must be at least 18 years of age. We operate this site for adult residents in the United Kingdom, and by creating an account you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that it is lawful for you to participate in online casino and sports wagering in your jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate or linked accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Where we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation. We may request identity documents at any stage to verify eligibility, and you are required to co-operate fully and promptly with any such request.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your password with any other person or allow a third party to access your account. Any activity carried out under your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team without delay. We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account details.

Bonuses, Deposits, and Withdrawals

When you claim a bonus, you accept the specific conditions attached to it. For the welcome casino bonus, a minimum deposit of £20 applies, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount, the maximum bet per spin or hand while a bonus is active is £5, and the bonus remains valid for the period stated at the time of issue. Slots contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement; live dealer games contribute at a reduced rate or are excluded entirely. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements — for example by placing opposing bets, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

Deposits may be made using VISA, Mastercard, Skrill, NETELLER, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and USDT. The minimum deposit is £10 for cards and e-wallets, and £20 for bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Withdrawals are processed via VISA, Mastercard, Skrill, NETELLER, Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and USDT, subject to a minimum withdrawal of £20. Processing times vary by method: Skrill and NETELLER withdrawals are handled within 24 hours, card withdrawals within 1–3 business days, bank transfers within 1–5 business days, and cryptocurrency withdrawals within 24 hours. Your first withdrawal will not be released until a KYC identity check has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to do so.

Updates to These Terms and Disputes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by displaying a notice when you next log in. Continued use of BetMica following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should cease using the site and contact our support team to close your account.

Should a dispute arise in connection with your account or any transaction, you should contact our support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and in a reasonable timeframe. If a matter cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate it through the dispute resolution procedures available under our licensing authority. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may hold.
